Training records - Upload certificates, set expiry dates, automatic renewal alerts, compliance dashboards showing who's out of date. DBS & vetting - DBS applications at cost (£49.50), reference tracking, right-to-work verification, disclosure management. Analytics - Custom reports, compliance percentages, cost tracking, whatever data you need. Mobile apps - iOS and Android apps for staff to request time off, view rotas, check training status. Support - Email, phone, live chat, knowledge base, all included. Updates - New features added regularly, security patches, compliance updates as requirements change. The only extra cost is DBS checks at exact government rates. No setup fees (£0), no per-module pricing, no surprise charges.
Simple: smaller teams get a lower rate (£3/user) because we want Statixs to be accessible to everyone. Growing teams (50+ staff) pay £5/user which includes priority support and dedicated onboarding. Both plans include all features. Your price is locked when you sign up. If we change pricing for new customers, you keep your original rate. We can afford this because: We built Statixs using modern cloud tech that's way cheaper to run than legacy systems. We don't spend millions on sales teams - most customers find us through referrals. We have lower profit margins than competitors, but higher volume. We're okay making less profit per customer if it means more organisations can afford proper compliance tools.
We only offer monthly billing right now, partly because our pricing is already so much lower than competitors that adding an annual discount would barely make a difference. Think about it: Statixs monthly: £5/user × 12 months = £60/user per year. Competitor with annual discount: £15/user normally, 15% off annually = £153/user per year. You're still saving £93/user per year (60% cheaper) even without an annual discount from us. Why monthly is actually better: No large upfront payment - easier on cash flow for smaller care homes. Flexibility to scale up/down as staff levels change monthly. Cancel anytime with just 30 days notice if needed. No risk of paying for a full year then wanting to cancel after 3 months. If we added a 10% annual discount, you'd save £6/user/year... honestly not worth locking yourself into annual billing for such a small saving. We'd rather you have flexibility and pay month-to-month. If we do add annual billing in future, we'll let you know.
Nope, you pay per person, not per location. Unlimited locations included. If you run 5 care homes with 100 total staff, you pay £500/month (100 × £5) covering all sites. If you run 1 care home with 100 staff, same price - £500/month. Competitors often charge £50-100/month per additional location on top of per-user fees. We think that's ridiculous - why should you pay more just because your staff work at different addresses? With Statixs: Centralized dashboard showing all locations. Location-specific rotas so each site manages their own schedule. Cross-site reporting for group-level compliance view. Inter-site transfers when you need to move staff temporarily. Permission controls - site managers see their location, head office sees everything. Example: 10-location care group with 250 total staff = £1,250/month total. Only limit is number of user accounts (which determines your monthly bill). Everything else is unlimited: Unlimited reports - Generate as many CQC compliance reports, training matrices, rota schedules, or custom analytics as you want. Unlimited data storage - Upload staff photos, training certificates, policies, DBS documents, incident reports, meeting notes... we don't charge for storage. Unlimited locations - Manage 1 care home or 50, same price per user. Unlimited historical data - We keep your data as long as you're a customer (and 90 days after if you cancel). Unlimited API calls - If you're using integrations or custom connections. Unlimited mobile app access - Staff can download iOS/Android apps at no extra cost. For context: Person Centred Software charges extra for reports beyond a monthly limit, extra for additional storage, and extra per location. Care Control Systems charges for advanced analytics separately. Statixs gives you everything unlimited because we don't believe in nickel-and-diming customers with arbitrary limits. You pay for users, you get full access, done.
Of course you can get your data - it's yours. When you cancel (30 days notice, no fees), here's what happens: During 30-day notice period: You keep full access to Statixs, can export everything (staff records, training history, rotas, policies, reports) in CSV and PDF formats. After subscription ends: We retain your data for 90 days in case you want to reactivate (happens occasionally when people realize their new system is rubbish). After 90 days, we securely delete everything according to UK GDPR requirements. What you can export: Complete staff database with all employee records, training certificates and expiry dates, DBS certificates and application history, all policies and procedures, historical rotas and schedules, compliance reports and audit trails, incident logs and safeguarding records. Format: Standard CSV files that open in Excel or import to other HR systems. PDFs for certificates and reports. We don't lock you in with proprietary formats - you can take your data anywhere. Some competitors charge £500+ for data export or make it deliberately difficult. We think that's unethical. Your data = your data.
