Everything. Like, genuinely everything: Compliance management - One-click inspection reports, regulation mapping, audit trails, policy management, evidence packs. Staff scheduling - Drag-and-drop rotas, shift patterns, conflict detection, Working Time Regs compliance, holiday tracking. Training records - Upload certificates, set renewal dates, automatic renewal alerts, compliance dashboards showing who's out of date. DBS & vetting - DBS applications (£49.50), reference tracking, right-to-work verification, disclosure management. Analytics - Custom reports, compliance percentages, cost tracking, whatever data you need. Mobile apps - iOS and Android apps for staff to request time off, view rotas, check training status. Support - Email, phone, live chat, knowledge base, all included. Updates - New features added regularly, security patches, compliance updates as requirements change. The only extra cost is DBS checks. No per-module pricing, no surprise charges.

Pricing is per user per month, and the rate goes down as your team grows: 1–25 staff: £7/user/month. 26–50 staff: £6/user/month. 51–100 staff: £5/user/month. 101+ staff: custom quote. The tier applies to your entire headcount, not just marginal users. So a 30-person team pays £180/month (30 × £6). A 50-person team pays £300/month (50 × £6). A 75-person team pays £375/month (75 × £5). This means growth reduces your per-user cost — not increases it. Both plans include all features. Your rate is locked when you sign up. If we change pricing for new customers, you keep your original rate.

We only offer monthly billing right now. Statixs monthly: £5–£7/user × 12 months = £60–£84/user per year. Why monthly is actually better for care homes: No large upfront payment — easier on cash flow. Flexibility to scale up/down as staff levels change. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If we add annual billing in future, we'll let existing customers know.

No, you pay per person, not per location. Unlimited locations included. If you run 5 care homes with 100 total staff, all 100 users are counted together toward the right tier (51–100 = £5/user). With Statixs: Centralized dashboard showing all locations. Location-specific rotas so each site manages their own schedule. Cross-site reporting for group-level compliance view. Permission controls — site managers see their location, head office sees everything. For 101+ staff across multiple sites, contact us for a custom quote.

Only limit is number of user accounts (which determines your monthly bill). Everything else is unlimited: Unlimited reports - Generate as many CQC compliance reports, training matrices, rota schedules, or custom analytics as you want. Unlimited data storage - Upload staff photos, training certificates, policies, DBS documents, incident reports, meeting notes... we don't charge for storage. Unlimited locations - Manage 1 care home or 50, same price per user. Unlimited historical data - We keep your data as long as you're a customer (and 90 days after if you cancel). Unlimited API calls - If you're using integrations or custom connections. Unlimited mobile app access - Staff can download iOS/Android apps at no extra cost. You pay for users, you get full access, done.

Your data belongs to you. When you cancel (30 days notice, no fees): During the 30-day notice period: You keep full access to Statixs, and you can request an export of your records (staff data, training history, rotas, policies, reports) — contact your account manager or email [email protected] and we'll confirm exactly what's available for your account and in what format. After the subscription ends: We retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After that, we securely delete everything in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
