Data migration: Send us your staff records Excel/CSV, we'll import it to Statixs for you (beats spending hours manually entering 50 people's details). Send us scanned training certificates, we'll upload them (if you want - optional). We'll set up your shift templates, rota patterns, whatever you need. Training: Live video training for your managers (typically 30-45 minutes covering: how to build rotas, how to generate CQC reports, how to process DBS applications, how to set up training alerts). Recorded tutorials in knowledge base if you prefer self-serve. Why it's free: We'd rather spend time helping you succeed than hiring expensive sales teams. Yes, and we do it free: What we can migrate: Staff records (names, addresses, contact details, employment dates, positions, pay rates), training history (what training completed when, expiry dates), DBS certificates (certificate numbers, issue dates, disclosure types), policies and procedures (upload your current versions), historical rotas (if you want past scheduling data). Migration process: You export data from your current system (usually CSV or Excel), email it to us or upload through Statixs, we clean it up and import (takes 1-3 days depending on data quality), you review and confirm everything looks right. Messy data warning: If your current data is chaotic (training records in Word docs, DBS certificates in paper files, staff info in random spreadsheets), it'll take longer. We can still help, but might need more back-and-forth to organize it. Alternative - fresh start: Some care homes prefer starting clean in Statixs rather than migrating legacy data. You enter current staff and forward-looking info (upcoming training, current DBS status), ignore historical stuff that's not relevant anymore.
