Statixs tracks training from any source - classroom courses, e-learning, internal sessions, external providers: Manual tracking (works with anything): Upload certificate from any provider, Statixs extracts completion date and sets reminders. Works with: classroom training at local college, online e-learning (any platform), internal training delivered by your registered manager, external specialist courses (dementia care, end-of-life, etc.). Bulk imports: If your e-learning platform provides CSV exports of completion data, you can bulk import rather than uploading individual certificates. CPD (Continuous Professional Development) tracking: For professionals needing revalidation (NMC nurses need 35 hours CPD over 3 years, HCPC professionals, Social Work England registrants), Statixs tracks CPD hours toward requirements and alerts before revalidation deadline. Competency assessments: Beyond just "attended training," you can log competency assessments proving staff can actually perform skills. E.g., attended medication administration training (certificate), then passed practical competency assessment (separately logged), both stored in their file. Internal training sessions: Log group training events (e.g., "safeguarding refresher delivered by manager to 15 staff") and mark everyone complete at once.
