No, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Here's reality: Statixs can guarantee your documentation is organized and accessible. We cannot guarantee the quality of care you provide - that's on you. What Statixs does: Makes sure you have evidence for everything CQC asks, prevents common compliance failures (missed training renewals, expired DBS, missing supervision), organizes policies and procedures properly, maintains audit trails for transparency, tracks incidents and safeguarding appropriately. What Statixs can't do: Make your staff treat residents with dignity if they're not already, improve actual care quality if it's poor, hide serious safeguarding issues (nor should it), compensate for inadequate staffing levels, fix problems with your physical environment. Think of it this way: If you're running a good care home with decent staff and proper care practices, Statixs ensures CQC can see that through organized evidence. If you're running a poor care home with neglectful staff, Statixs won't hide that - and it shouldn't. How Statixs helps: When you log an incident in the platform, it asks "Is this a notifiable event?" If yes, automatically sets reminder to notify CQC and tracks deadline. Provides incident reference number and timeline. Alerts registered manager immediately. Creates incident report with all details ready to submit. Tracks when notification was sent to CQC and reference number received. Manual submission: You still have to actually submit notifications through CQC's portal or by phone - Statixs just makes sure you don't forget and gives you the information organized.
