Statixs works for teams of all sizes - from 10-person teams to 200+ staff organisations. The platform scales because you only pay for actual users. Small team with 20 staff? You pay £60/month (20 × £3). Growing team with 80 staff? £400/month (80 × £5). Multi-site organisation with 200 total staff? £1,000/month covering all locations. There's no minimum user requirement and no extra charges for additional locations. The features work the same whether you've got 10 people or 500 - compliance management, scheduling, DBS tracking, training records, analytics, mobile apps, everything. We work with healthcare, recruitment agencies, security firms, logistics companies, and regulated SMEs. We charge you exactly what the government charges: £49.50 for Enhanced DBS with Barred Lists, £21.50 for Standard or Basic. Zero markup. Most competitors charge £60-70 for Enhanced DBS, pocketing the £10-20 difference as profit. We think that's dishonest - you shouldn't be overcharged for a mandatory legal requirement. Statixs is an official DBS Registered Body, so we submit applications directly to the Disclosure and Barring Service on your behalf. The process: you fill out the application in our platform, we send it to DBS, they process it (usually 48 hours to 8 weeks depending on applicant history), you get the certificate. We track everything: application status, when certificates are due to expire (typically renew every 3 years), who's registered for the DBS Update Service (lets us check status online instantly rather than waiting weeks for a new certificate). Yeah, we take security seriously because we're handling sensitive stuff like DBS certificates and employee records. Here's what we do: Encryption everywhere - AES-256 encryption when data's stored, TLS 1.3 when it's moving around. That's bank-level security. UK data storage - All your data stays on servers in the UK, never leaves the country, fully compliant with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Access controls - You decide who sees what. Site managers only see their location, head office sees everything, random staff can't access HR files. Audit trails - Every action is logged (who viewed what, when they viewed it, what changes were made). 99.5% uptime - Redundant servers mean if one fails, another takes over instantly. We've never had a data breach since we launched in 2020. We also do regular security audits and penetration testing to find vulnerabilities before bad actors do. If you've had issues with other cloud systems, we get it - but modern cloud is actually more secure than on-premise servers in a filing cabinet that anyone can access. That said, we do integrate where it makes sense: Payroll - Export staff hours, shifts worked, and wage calculations to CSV format that most payroll systems can import (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.). Accounting - Export budget reports and labor cost data for your finance team. DBS Update Service - Direct integration to check DBS status online for staff who've subscribed. Care planning software - Some customers export staff competency data to link with care plans. We don't have a public API yet (it's on the roadmap for 2026), but for larger organizations we can build custom integrations if needed. Most customers find they can retire their existing HR software (£15/user), scheduling tool (£5/user), compliance system (£7/user), and training tracker (£3/user), consolidating down to just Statixs at £5/user. That's fewer integrations to manage and fewer login credentials for your team to remember.
